921大地震是全台灣人的共同記憶，故事描述一個從地震倖存下來的人事後再重返家園，面對曾經充滿回憶如今卻空無一物的家，心中的諸多想法與當時的記憶湧現…最後他選擇交給天上那位，他也在結束這趟心靈之旅後找回自己。

921 Earthquake was an important memory for Taiwan people. There is a man who was a survivor back to his house. He faced to his empty home and memory came out…people rescued and helped those who encountered nature disaster. After the journey, the man found his heart and self-existence. He decided to let the pains and sorrows leave by pray.

男人與女人在創造之初是十分親密相愛的配偶關係，隨著世界的變化與人性的原始弱點影響，關係逐漸崩毀分離，(沙子的材質粗細也在片尾轉為粗糙顆粒來呼應故事)，曾經彼此連結的肢體到了末世只剩下情慾與愛，信任也轉為猜疑，夫妻兩人不再面對面，漸漸背離彼此。

Man and woman were created good and kind. They were called Adam and Eve, one was the other one’s spouse, help-mate and partner. In the beginning, they loved each other and help each other, they could trust each other. Now the relationship collapsed and destroyed. Desire came into their relationship and controlled their will, “trust” had turned into “doubt”, “love” had turned into “haste”, in the end, they couldn’t face each other. Peace and joy were gone, only whispers left to herself/himself .

《小公主》，沙動畫，4分53秒，2004。

小公主在眾人呵護之下長大，心情卻常常被婚姻不幸福的皇后所影響，小公主漸漸長大之後，國王又立了新皇后，整個宮中大臣人心丕變，周圍充滿詭譎的氣氛，小公主開始思念她的母親，但也只能在孤獨的城堡內攬鏡自照時，母親的記憶才會回來安慰她。

Little Princess lived in a very nice family; many people loved her by heart. As she grew up, the King married a woman to be the new Queen. Many servants and ministers changed their attitude toward the girl. Princess missed her mother very much but only through the image/reflection on mirror can comfort the mother and the daughter.
